Delete My Account

You can delete your account and data in two ways. If you still have access to the app, deleting from within it is fastest; otherwise use the form below.

Deleting from the app

Open the app and sign in to your account.
Open the Settings screen.
Under Account, tap "Delete Account".
Complete the two-step confirmation.

Your account is closed as soon as you confirm, and deletion begins.

If you cannot access the app

If you lost your phone, uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, fill in the form below. Enter your account email address; we will receive your request and delete your account after verification.

Data that is deleted

Your account, profile, username and profile image.
Your posts, comments, likes and follow relationships.
Routes you created and place suggestions.
Your private messages.
Your wallet records and top-up requests.
If you have a business account, your business profile and its content.

Data that is retained

Records we are legally required to keep (for example financial records) are retained for the applicable statutory period.
Reports, blocks and moderation records may be retained in anonymised form to prevent repeated abuse.
