History
Ephesus Museum, in Selçuk, houses artifacts unearthed during the excavations of Ephesus. It closed at the end of 2012 for a comprehensive renovation and reopened in November 2014.
Collection
The museum's most famous piece is the statue of Artemis found at the Temple of Artemis. It has eight exhibition halls, including the Terrace Houses, the Artemis Hall and the Imperial Cults Hall.
