History
Selçuk Castle (Ayasuluk Castle) sits atop Ayasuluk Hill, which also holds the Basilica of St. John. It was used during the Byzantine period and later under the Seljuk and Aydınoğlu periods.
Visitor Information
Today it is open to visitors, with restored walls that make it one of Selçuk's landmarks.
